“Loudoun 3” Lawsuit Filed, Judge Grants Emergency Relief to Stop Suspension
Yesterday, we filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) from moving forward with suspending our two high school clients for simply expressing confusion and discomfort over having a girl in their locker room. Today, the court granted emergency relief.
