Yesterday, we filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) from moving forward with suspending our two high school clients for simply expressing confusion and discomfort over having a girl in their locker room. Today, the court granted emergency relief.

With the district’s refusal to correct this injustice, the Founding Freedoms Law Center is preparing a lawsuit, in partnership with America First Legal, to defend the boys and their families.

LCPS has decided to SUSPEND both boys from the first two weeks of school for “sexual harassment” and “sex based discrimination” because they complained about a girl being in their locker room!

Our legal team just secured a major victory for our Realtor client, Wilson Fauber, who faced another round of ethics charges of “hate speech” for posting religious commentary about LGBTQ issues on his personal Facebook page.

Last week, the Founding Freedoms Law Center served Kaiser Permanente with a lawsuit brought on behalf of three devout women of faith, all fired for not taking the COVID shot in violation of their religious beliefs.

After Wilson Fauber was found guilty and required to pay a fine and take ‘re-education’ training courses, the same two Realtors who filed the initial complaints immediately filed another complaint for the same alleged violations.

The National Association of Realtors just voted to change its controversial “hate speech” rule adopted in 2020 after pressure from cases like Wilson Fauber’s, clarifying that the rule can only regulate a Realtor’s speech that is made in their professional capacity.

According to Miyares, “The investigation reveals a disturbing misuse of authority by Loudoun County Public Schools, where students appear to have been targeted not for misconduct, but for expressing their discomfort for being forced to share a locker room with a member of the opposite sex.”

The Founding Freedoms Law Center continues to defend conservative school board members against a recurring theme of retaliatory punishments and targeted “lawfare” by liberals.

The Founding Freedoms Law Center is representing two Loudoun County high school sophomore boys and their parents after school administrators launched a formal Title IX investigation against them for “sexual harassment” for simply asking fellow students why there was a girl changing in the boys’ locker room. 

When veteran Arlington County teacher, TeRay Bingham, was about to be fired because of his faith, our FFLC attorneys quickly sprang into action to defend him, and now he is keeping his job. But just wait till you hear how crazy this story is.

The VAR appeals panel has now ruled against Fauber, upholding the original decision as final.

Now, Fauber has no further recourse but to bring a lawsuit against the REALTOR association for violating his rights, which we look forward to telling you more about soon.

Our Founding Freedoms Law Center just scored another victory for a Virginia public school teacher, this time in Albemarle County. After veteran teacher, Michelle Karpovich, joined some of her students to celebrate President Trump’s election victory during non-instructional time, school administrators investigated her and threatened disciplinary action.

The Founding Freedoms Law Center successfully represented a teacher in Fairfax Public Schools to defend her free speech and religious freedom against government coercion. After our attorneys drafted a demand letter, the nation’s 10^th largest school district backed down and agreed to accommodate the teacher’s religious convictions.

Our client, Wilson Fauber, who is a Realtor and ordained Christian minister, was just found by a Virginia Realtor ethics panel to have violated the organization’s Code of Ethics based on Biblical messages he shared on his personal Facebook page.

FFLC recently settled several cases involving claims of religious discrimination in the workplace.
