“Loudoun 3” Lawsuit Filed, Judge Grants Emergency Relief to Stop Suspension
Yesterday, we filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) from moving forward with suspending our two high school clients for simply expressing confusion and discomfort over having a girl in their locker room. We asked the court for emergency relief since the school told us yesterday they were going forward with the 10-day suspension today! LCPS refused to agree to pause the suspension long enough for us to get into court, so we moved swiftly to stop them. You can read our lawsuit HERE.
Just moments ago, the court granted our motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and stopped the suspension of our client! He can now return to school as the parties work through a motion for preliminary injunction, which would pause the suspension while the lawsuit is ongoing.

Loudoun Schools SUSPENDS Boys Who Questioned a Girl Being In the Locker Room
Notwithstanding this good ruling, what is happening to these boys should outrage every person. LCPS has turned Title IX completely on its head, using a law that was passed to protect sex distinctions to punish anyone who would dare maintain that such distinctions still exist. It seems clear they are making an example out of these boys to deter anyone from objecting to what is obviously wrong – allowing students to enter opposite-sex changing areas based on nothing more than their subjective feelings.
Even though what is happening is terrible, we believe a significant cultural and legal shift is occurring on this issue, and we feel sure that reason and sanity will ultimately prevail. We also feel confident that the law is on our side, but unfortunately, LCPS seems to always double down on their radical and woke ideologies, absent a court order. Well now they have one.
Please pray for our clients and for our attorneys as we fight this battle. A hearing is set for this Friday, September 19, in federal court on the preliminary injunction. We appreciate your continued support for this righteous cause that will impact so many.
