Federal Employment Discrimination

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) oversees the federal employment discrimination process. State Employment Discrimination (VA)

The Virginia Office of Civil Rights (part of the Attorney General’s office) handles claims of workplace discrimination.
