FFLC Files Amicus Brief with SCOTUS over Student Free Speech

Recently, our attorneys became admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and they are wasting no time in putting it to use.

This week, the Founding Freedoms Law Center submitted an Amicus Brief with the high Court on behalf of The Family Foundation in E.D. v. Noblesville School District. The brief was in support of a high school pro-life student group who is challenging local school officials after they derecognized the group after it sought permission to post flyers with pro-life messages.
