Mark Earley Jr.

Mark Earley, Jr. is a husband, father, foster parent, and attorney dedicated to strengthening Virginia families and communities. A lifelong Virginian, Mark is committed to helping create a Commonwealth where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and communities remain strong.

Originally from Chesapeake and raised in Midlothian, Mark attended Chesterfield County public schools before graduating from Virginia Tech, where he studied History, Political Science, and English. Following college, he served in former Governor Bob McDonnell’s administration, working closely with the Prisoner and Juvenile Re-entry Council to improve Virginia’s efforts to help individuals successfully rebuild their lives and re-enter society.

Driven by a desire to continue serving others, Mark earned his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 2015. He later clerked for a federal judge in Virginia’s Eastern District before practicing law at a large firm. Eventually, Mark returned home to join his father and brother in their family-run law practice in Richmond.

Known for his principled leadership and commitment to conservative values, Mark brings practical experience and a commonsense approach to serving the people of Virginia.

Mark and his wife, Mary Alice, have served as foster parents for more than two years, caring for six foster children during that time. Active in their local church and community, Mark has also served on several nonprofit boards. He lives in Midlothian with his wife, their two sons, and their hound dog, Blue.
