Josh Hetzler, Esq.

Josh Hetzler serves as Legal Counsel for the Founding Freedoms Law Center, where he helps direct the legal strategies for Virginians who are facing threats to their fundamental freedoms, including religious exercise, speech, and parental rights. Since 2015, Josh has also served as Legislative Counsel for The Family Foundation, the umbrella organization for the Founding Freedoms Law Center. In his unique role, Josh is able to leverage his knowledge, experience, and relationships within state and local governments with his role as Legal Counsel in order to more fully and effectively advance the principles of faith, family, and freedom. Josh has become a frequent contributor on national media outlets, including Fox News, and has been a guest speaker at universities and law schools around Virginia.
