Bruce Matson serves as Senior Legal Fellow for the Founding Freedoms Law Center, where he works with allied organizations and individuals committed to the mission of the law center, combatting threats to the fundamental freedoms of individuals throughout Virginia, including religious exercise, freedom of speech, and parental rights, as well as protecting life and promoting a Biblical view of marriage. Bruce joined FFLC after having retired from over 35 years of practice in business restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency litigation. Bruce's career also included service as a law clerk for a federal judge, an adjunct professor of law, a bankruptcy trustee, and General Counsel for the Virginia State Golf Association.
